Reservations and Dispatch Agents Location: reservations centre Toronto Job Description: Reservations agent and dispatcher for busy worldwide transportation company. Tasks include taking, inputting, and confirming reservations; customer service; outsourcing; dispatch to multiple drivers; administrative and reception. Must have positive attitude and good command of spoken and written English. Experience Required: minimum 3 years experience in a role with heavy computer use; knowledge of and experience using Word and Excel; customer service; must have good city knowledge.
